- Work Experience: 32 years of which more than 20 years of experience in managing businesses and building teams in his various business roles across Banking (Investment, Institutional and Retail), e-Commerce, ITES, Retailing, Oil & Gas and Auto industry.
- Facilitated workshops in areas of business acumen (using Business Simulation), change management, crucial conversations, managers as leaders, strategic agility, alignment and building teams for business growth. He also facilitates management offsites, sales conferences, annual meets etc. ranging from 50 – 300 people, engaging them through simulations, games and other experiential means to bring out the impact. Some of his clients include names like ACC, Ambuja, Aricent, Bharat Electronics, Bunge Group, Carlsberg, Indus Towers, Jones Lang Laselle (JLL), Mahindra & Mahindra, Minda Group, ONGC, Pearl Academy, Sanofi, Tata Motors, Wockhardt, and Zee Telefilms.
